Nominations for this year's awards are now closed and we are busy preparing for the celebrations on the 18th September 2025.
You can no longer nominate, but you can join us for a night of celebration as tickets for the Hampshire Care Awards 2025 are now on sale. If you'd like to join us, be quick, spaces are limited and demand is high!

Book before Sunday 18th August to secure our discounted early bird rate of £55 per ticket. From 19th August, tickets will be priced at £65 per ticket (subject to availability).

This is your chance to shine a light on the people who go above and beyond every day.

🙋♂️If you receive care or support and want to recognise someone who makes a real difference in your life, you can nominate.
👨👩👧If you’re a friend or relative of someone receiving care and you’ve seen first-hand how amazing a carer or team is, you can nominate too.

Who Can Nominate?
You can submit a nomination if you are:
(1) A staff member working for a care provider who is a member of Hampshire Care Association (HCA).
(2) A person receiving care or support from a service that is a member of HCA.
(3) A family member or friend of someone receiving care from an HCA member service.
How to Nominate
To submit a nomination, please ensure that the organisation you work for or receive care from is an active member of the Hampshire Care Association. If they are a member, you can complete a nomination form.
You will be given some criteria for each award and asked to submit a short summary (max 250 words) explaining why your nominee deserves the award.
(Optional) If you'd like to, you can send us a short video – we may feature it during the ceremony!
Strong nominations include real-life examples, impact stories, and specific reasons why your nominee stands out.
Judging Process
All nominations are reviewed by an independent judging panel made up of leaders from the care and community sector.
Judging is anonymous. Names and roles are removed to ensure fairness.
Judges will assess only what is written, so make your words count!
Finalists in each category will be invited to the awards ceremony, where the winners will be announced.
All shortlisted nominees will be invited to a night of celebration, so please save the date, Thursday 18th September 2025 (evening). The awards evening will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Utilita Bowl, Southampton.
