Who Can Nominate?
You can submit a nomination if you are:
1) A staff member working for a care provider who is a member of Hampshire Care Association (HCA).
2) A person receiving care or support from a service that is a member of HCA.
3) A family member or friend of someone receiving care from an HCA member service.
How to Nominate
Complete the nomination form by clicking here. You will be asked to submit a short summary (max 250 words) explaining why your nominee deserves the award.
(Optional) Share a short video – we may feature it during the ceremony!
Strong nominations include real-life examples, impact stories, and specific reasons why your nominee stands out.
Nominations close on 29th June 2025 at mightnight.

Please note, to be eligible, the nominee must work for a service with an active HCA membership. If you are a local provider, you can renew your membership here.
