The Hampshire Safeguarding Adults Board (HSAB) publishes Learning Briefing
Following a joint Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) and Domestic Abuse Related Death Review (DARDR)
The learning briefing identifies important learning and key areas for further improvement, and The Hampshire Adult Safeguarding Board will now be working with partner agencies to share and embed this learning within respective organisations and to deliver improvements in the key areas identified.
The HASB expect the learning from this joint review to bring about meaningful change and improvements in:
Partner agencies have been working on an action plan agreed as part of the review process. HSAB and the East Hampshire Community Safety Partnership will seek assurance that meaningful change and positive impact is achieved.
