Care England is inviting adult social care providers to learn more about an opportunity to help represent employers during the development of the Fair Pay Agreement (FPA).

As the lead organisation coordinating the employer side of the Adult Social Care Negotiating Body (ASCNB), Care England is establishing an Employer Representative Group (ERG) to bring the experience and perspectives of social care employers into the negotiating process.

The group will help inform and guide discussions, ensuring the implications of the Fair Pay Agreement for employers, workforce conditions, service delivery and the people who receive care and support are fully considered.

Who can get involved?

Care England is seeking interest from CEOs, senior leaders and individuals with equivalent experience who understand the challenges facing adult social care employers.

Relevant experience may include:

  • Operational leadership
  • Workforce and human resources
  • Finance and commissioning
  • Industrial relations
  • Governance and employer representation

Providers of all sizes and across all types of adult social care services are encouraged to find out more, helping ensure a broad range of experience and perspectives is represented.
