Hampshire Care Association has partnered with the Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM) to provide an exciting new benefit for HCA members.

As part of the partnership, eligible colleagues within HCA member organisations can access IHSCM membership at no additional cost.

The partnership has been developed in response to the pressures facing care providers: developing and retaining people, strengthening leadership and maintaining continuous improvement while training budgets and management capacity remain stretched.
