Four new members have joined the Executive Committee of the Hampshire Care Association (HCA)
The appointments, welcomed as part of the HCA’s 2026–2030 strategy, were confirmed at the association’s annual general meeting and aim to broaden leadership and representation across Hampshire’s adult social care sector.
New members bring expertise from residential care, home care, supported living and complex care services.
Emma Heath, chief executive of the Hampshire Care Association, said: "I am delighted to welcome Pooja, Ricky, Travis and Daniel to our Executive Committee.
"Together they bring an exceptional breadth of knowledge, leadership and frontline experience from across adult social care. Their insight will strengthen our ability to represent providers, influence policy and support our members as we deliver our new strategy for 2026–2030."
The association represents adult social care providers throughout Hampshire and works closely with members, commissioners, the NHS and other system partners to improve outcomes for providers and the people they support.
Michael Crutchley, chair of the Hampshire Care Association, said: "These appointments reflect the strength and diversity of the adult social care sector across Hampshire. I am delighted to welcome our new Directors to the Executive Committee and look forward to working with them as we deliver our new strategy."
