HCA Provider Support Service
Our Provider Support Service is for CQC-registered Adult Social Care providers across Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.
The service helps providers to navigate challenges, reduce isolation and access the right support more quickly.
The service provides a confidential first point of contact to help providers explore and clarify issues, identify possible routes forward, connect with relevant support, and share learning that can help improve the wider care system.
The service does not provide direct consultancy, assurance, inspection or regulatory advice. Its role is to listen, help structure questions and support providers in finding the most appropriate next steps.

About Nicki Rogers
Nicki has been a nurse for over 40 years, working in many different areas, but enjoyed her work in the community the most. She worked in the Quality Team in the ICB for 8 years as part of a team working to raise the quality of care delivered in Care Homes across Hampshire.
During that time, she supported managers by signposting to information from different sources to help them with CQC and ASD action plans, during safeguarding investigations, and when responding to complex complaints.
She helped to create systems to support care in collaboration with homes and the wider Quality Team which assisted in the investigation of falls, and supported Hydration within homes and the implementation of tools including RESTORE2.
