Guarding against Organisational Abuse: Call for Volunteers

This is a call for volunteers to join a conversation with Jane Lawson, a safeguarding specialist and member of a national cross-sector reference group exploring how organisational culture can help prevent organisational abuse in care settings. Jane is seeking insights from providers who are actively building open, transparent, and learning-focused cultures, as part of a wider effort to develop practical tools and shared understanding across the system. The work is voluntary and will draw on themes from Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs) and other major inquiries, with a focus on identifying what works to support positive cultural change. Conversations are sought by the end of August, and participation will remain anonymous unless otherwise agreed.
