The University of Birmingham is seeking stakeholders in social care to participate in important research regarding hospital discharge.
The project aims to gather stakeholder perspectives on current practices, challenges, and the effectiveness of collaboration between different organisations.
This research, titled ‘Hidden Costs of Hospital Discharge,’ is funded by the NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research).
