Care England is coordinating the employer side of the Adult Social Care Negotiating Body and is establishing an Employer Representative Group (ERG) to ensure the experiences and concerns of adult social care employers are represented throughout the Fair Pay Agreement (FPA) negotiations.

The group will help inform and guide the negotiating process, ensuring the implications for providers, service delivery, workforce costs and people receiving care and support are fully considered.

Care England is seeking interest from CEOs, senior leaders and individuals with equivalent experience across adult social care, including those with operational, workforce, HR, finance, commissioning, industrial relations, governance or representative expertise. Providers of all sizes and across all types of care and support are encouraged to engage.
