Digital Care Hub is hosting its first Digital Care Summit London, bringing together leaders from adult social care, health and technology for a practical day of discussion, learning and networking focused on the future of care within Neighbourhood Health models.

The Summit will explore how digital transformation, data sharing, cyber security, AI and partnership working can support more joined-up, preventative and person-centred care as we enter new Neighbourhood Health models. Attendees will hear from care providers, NHS colleagues, local authorities, people with lived experience, technology leaders and sector experts.

Topics include:

  • Neighbourhood health and integrated care
  • Digital transformation and emerging technologies
  • Cyber resilience and incident response
  • Data sharing and interoperability
  • Care technology standards and regulation
  • Collaboration between providers, local authorities and NHS partners
  • Practical examples and lessons from across the sector

The event has been developed in partnership with organisations including Care City, Care Providers' Voice, London Care and Support Forum, TLAP and NHS colleagues, with a strong focus on ensuring the voices of people who draw on care and support remain at the centre of discussions.

Registered managers, directors, provider leaders, digital leads, commissioners, NHS colleagues, local authority representatives and anyone with an interest in how digital can support better outcomes for people receiving care and support.
