Joint Provider Network Meeting
Join us on the 21st July for our joint provider network meeting, bringing together residential and domiciliary care providers for a day of practical insight, expert updates, and shared learning.
Our quarterly Provider Network Meetings bring together care providers from across Hampshire to share knowledge, discuss key developments affecting the sector, and network with colleagues facing similar opportunities and challenges.
📅Tuesday 21st July 2026
📍 Littleton Memorial Hall, Winchester, SO22 6QL
⏲️ 1000-1500
This meeting's agenda includes:
PEN Pictures: Current Position and Future Vision. Hampshire County Council colleagues will share their future vision for PEN Pictures, current processes, and provider feedback to date. This is a great opportunity to share your views and help shape future improvements that better support individuals following placement.
Supporting Families with the Financial Aspects of Care. A practical session exploring how providers can feel more confident supporting families navigating funding conversations, including capital depletion and signposting to trusted advice.
Armed Forces Covenant Update. An overview of what the Covenant means for adult social care providers and how services can better support veterans, armed forces families, and military communities accessing care and support.
Lunch & Learn: Nutrition and Hydration in Care. The latest evidence on nutrition and hydration for people in care, relevant to both residential and domiciliary providers - plus the opportunity to hear about and sign up to the NIHR REFRESH research project.
As always, the meeting will provide plenty of opportunities to network with fellow providers, exchange ideas, and discuss the issues that matter most to Hampshire's adult social care sector.
We hope to see you there!
