Bedhampton Nursing Home and Specialist Care Unit is operated by a Nurse led management team of considerable experience. Our aim is to provide high standards of nursing care, that meet individual needs, that is safe, secure and delivered in a professional, friendly and respectful manner.

 

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Regulations 2010 to provide care for adults of all ages with Physical Disabilities, Terminal Illness or Long Term Conditions.

There are four spacious lounge/Sitting rooms, a large Conservatory, to provide a choice of areas in which to socialise and easy access is given to a courtyard garden that leads onto lawns with matured trees.

 

The Nursing home provides comfortable accommodation for 49 residents that includes a purpose built wing of 20 bedrooms with private telephone, television, internet connection and large ensuite wet rooms; that was completed in May 2011. A high percentage of other rooms are ensuite or have access to spacious assisted bathrooms with specialty baths that ensures resident comfort and safety.

 

Our Residents needs are important to us and we strive to ensure the presence of comfortable surroundings as well as a quality nursing service. Residents are supported with their choices to promote independence and positive outcomes whenever possible.

 

Within the boundaries of a Residents nursing needs and physical ability, we endeavour to encourage individual interests and participation in events that will provide stimulation and enjoyment.

 

At mealtimes we offer a high standard of home cooked food. The Catering staff utilise fresh food whenever possible and special diets are catered for.
