HCA Membership Benefits

Here are just a few reasons of how your business could benefit by joining Hampshire Care Association:
HCA endeavours to keep its members up-to-date in regard to all matters of care provision. We continue to keep members up to date  on a broad range of issues relevant to our sector. Additionally, in many cases, members of our Executive Committee have studied consultations and documents on behalf of our members to provide further insight and advice accordingly.

Throughout the year we have had continued dialogue with HCC, Southampton City Council and Portsmouth City Council and indeed we now have regular meetings with all three to represent our members concerns and issues.
To summarise, HCA work to:
•Represent our members at ALL meetings which affect OUR sector
•Help fill beds with our new Bed Vacancy/Referral Service – an exclusive service
to HCA members
•Keep members up-to-date on all care related topics via regular emails and bulletins
•Offer help and provide support with our members’ advice service
•Maintain and increase the pressure on Local Authorities for a fair price.
•Continue to facilitate the Work Force Development Fund (WFDF) and National Minimum Data Statistics (NMDS)
•Guide and advise members throughout the Safeguarding Issues.
